TTclock

TTclock packs as much clock-related functionality as it can. It presents the time and, when clock mode is enabled, it puts a floating clock widget on your screen. It also works as an alarm clock, playing a notification sound at the time you specify. And last but not least, TTclock also works as a countdown timer and as a stopwatch.

TTClock was created by Horst Schaeffer and I bring that up only to mention that all of Horst Schaeffer’s applications are portable. What does that mean for you? Well, it means that you won’t have to install TTClock on your PC. All you’ll have to do is download an archive, extract its contents, and then run TTClock.exe.

TTClock’s interface is made up of two panels. The one at the top presents the current time; go to the Options menu to switch to 12-hour mode, change the colors, and customize the fonts. What the panel at the bottom presents depends on the function you selected: the alarm time if you set an alarm, the countdown timer if you initiated a countdown, or how much time has passed if you started the stopwatch.

If you want to use TTClock to see the time, then launch the application, switch to clock mode, and place the clock anywhere you want on the screen. Optionally, you might want to enable the "Keep on top" feature to ensure that the clock stays on top of all other windows.
